You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

FundGenie is an educational financial planning platform. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. FundGenie is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor.

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the Service in unauthorised ways.

• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation or security.

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

All content, software, branding, and materials on FundGenie are owned by GreenRoc or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundGenie and GreenRoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment losses arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

You may discontinue your use of the Service at any time by closing your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email.
