Annual subscription plans are non-refundable once purchased.

After an annual subscription has been activated, refunds will not be provided for unused periods, partial usage, change of mind, or discontinuation of service.

Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time to avoid future charges.

Cancelling a subscription will ensure that the subscription does not renew at the next billing cycle. The current active subscription period will remain available until expiry.

Monthly subscriptions, if applicable, may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide refunds for the current active billing period.
