How FundGenie guides are researched, checked and kept up to date.

Sources we use

Rules, rates and tax figures come from official sources: SEBI, AMFI, the Income Tax Department, EPFO, India Post, the Department of Economic Affairs and fund houses' own pages and factsheets. Each article ends with a dated sources note.

How we check numbers

Worked examples are recalculated before publishing. When a current figure can't be confirmed from an official source, we say so and label the number as an assumption.

Fund shortlists

Shortlists are research starting points, not recommendations. We don't publish invented returns, fees or ratings. Always check the latest factsheet before investing.

Updates and corrections

Articles show their publish date and, when changed, an updated date. If you spot an error, tell us through Help & support or email support@fundgenie.online.
